How We
Started Baking?
My earliest memory I could remember, when I was 8 or 9 years old, I found a round piece of foam. I washed it and put it on a plate, dabbed some homemade cream all around it, got few flowers from garden and some leftover veggies from fridge; arranged them on my cake and viola! my first ever cake was created.
I had this passion within me since my childhood but I never got the chance to explore it until 2002. One of my friends’ sons, a totally adorable kid, was turning 1 and I wanted to do something special for him. That was when I made my very first 3D cake “Tiny Town in Winter”. This kid was my inspiration; seeing him so happy and excited to grab this cake made me eager to do more & more.
Ever since then, my wife and I started making new designs for cakes mostly for kids’ birthdays and some other occasions. We both learned many things online and from books. Tried making fondant and loved working with it, learned tempering chocolate, making edible glass and tried various other things.
This is how it all started. And now we’re on our way to having our own “Achee’s Cake Shop”.

Cake Care
Instructions
Make sure to support the cake from bottom
Keep the cake level straight all the time
Transport in the air conditional vehicle
Keep the cake away from direct sunlight or any heat source
Store the cake in the refrigerator
Take the cake out of the fridge 1 hour before serving
Place cake on a stand at least 1 inch bigger than the cake board
Place any leftovers in an airtight container and store in fridge
